SUBMITTING A MAIL ORDER:
Print clearly or type your order. Be
sure to specify color codes and size
codes when appropriate. Please
double check your order to avoid
delays. Item No. (plus color code and
size code, if applicable) should total 7
digits/letters.

No quotes will be given on freight
costs. Shipping will be actual costs
plus 6.00 handling fee--no additional
charge for Canada.
US APO AND FPO ADDRESSES
APO and FPO orders must be sent by
US Postal Priority Mail (see above) and
have restrictions on parcel size-under
60 inches in length and girth combined
and under 30 pounds.
OTHER COUNTRIES
I
t is best to pay for orders with a credit
card to get the best exchange rate and
to insure sufficient shipping charge is
paid to avoid delays.
Please specify surface or air shipment.
(Unless you specify otherwise, we will ship
by the fastest, most economical means.)
Maximum parcel length is 42” (106cm),
(except for Belgium, Great Britain, Ireland,
Japan, Sweden and Switzerland where the
maximum length is 60” (152 cm).)
DELIVERY
DELIVERY TIME:
USA-We normally process orders within
24 hours of receipt.
Regular delivery may take from 1 to 7
business days, depending on your loca-
tion in the US.
Canada & Mexico-Although it should be
much sooner, please allow up to 30 days
for delivery.
Other Foreign Countries:
Surface delivery can take from 1 1/2 to
3 months.
Air delivery-allow up to 30 days,
although it should take much less time.
BACK ORDERS:
On occasion because
of scarcity of some item or seasonal
over demands, we may be temporarily
out of stock. If you prefer not to have
anything on your order back-ordered,
please let us know.
