Dear Customers & Friends,
2014 was a terrific year for us at H&H. Once again, we thank all of our customers and friends for their con-
tinued support. We greatly appreciate your business and will do our very best to continue serving your fly
fishing, fly tying and rod building needs! We are continuing our customers’ favorite request for FREE SHIP-
PING on domestic orders of $35 or more! We know you like the savings.
In our rodbuilding lineup, our Hook & Hackle “X” series are now our #1
selling blanks and they’re being built and fished all around the globe! Our
“Xi” series leads the pack followed by our “FTX” (Fast Tip) and “XE.”
• We are introducing a 9’ 8-weight version of our FTX and it’s an ex-
cellent balance between sensitivity and power. We like it for general
saltwater fishing and large freshwater fishing. Can anyone say “Pike”
or “Musky?”
• Batson is ‘retiring’ the popular RX7 and replacing it with the
Rainshadow “Revelation.” With new innovations and technology, we
expect the Revelation to be one of our most popular blanks and kits!
• Batson has also replaced their Forecast model with their Rainshadow RX6 blanks. These are the
same excellent, low-cost blanks that are among our very best selling blanks. They’re Dark Blue and are
easy to cast. RX6 is great starter blank for the new builder, but I know many Pro’s who build with them
too. I have a 7’6” 4-weight that I build from the original Forecast, and I’ve been fishing it for years!
• The “Quickline” series of rod blanks is lighter and more sensitive than anything PacBay has ever of-
fered. Their popularity increased dramatically in 2014 and
they’re getting excellent reviews.
One tackle product we’re featuring this year are the new

known for smoothness and unparalleled stopping power!
In fly tying, we’ve loads of new products:
• For Pike, Musky and other ‘large’ fish flies, we’ve
added Cashmere Goat Streamer Hair, Opossum Zonker
Strips (longer hairs than rabbit).
• Nature’s Spirit Natural Beaver Dubbing is extraordi-
narily fine with repellency second to none, this will float
high and stay dry longer. Super easy to dub!
• We now carry larger sizes of hide patches for spin-
ning Deer Hair. From Nature’s Spirit, the most sought
after name in deer & elk hair, we are featuring 3”x4” and
3”x12” patches. This is the best hair available anywhere!
• Lastly, try some of our “Nano Silk” GSP threads. They’re amazingly strong and perfect for midges.
